Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the White Flower Foundation platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. They apply to all visitors, registered users, campaign organizers, and donors. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, start a fundraiser, or make a donation. Individuals under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

3 User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share or transfer your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are associated with fraud or misuse.

4 Campaign Rules

All fundraisers must comply with our community guidelines and applicable law. By creating a fundraiser, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You have the legal right to raise funds for the stated purpose and beneficiary.
• Funds will be used only as described in your campaign.
• You will provide donors with reasonable updates on the use of funds.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited fundraisers include those for illegal activities, hate speech, violence, discrimination, or fraud. We reserve the right to remove any fundraiser that violates these terms, with or without notice.

5 Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made to campaign organizers. By donating, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except where the White Flower Guarantee applies.
• White Flower Foundation is not responsible for how organizers use the funds they receive.
• We do not guarantee that any fundraiser will reach its goal.
• Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless the fundraiser is explicitly run by a registered nonprofit and stated as such.

In cases of confirmed fraud, refunds may be issued at our discretion under the White Flower Guarantee.

6 Prohibited Conduct

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Create false or deceptive fundraisers or accounts.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload defamatory, obscene, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by White Flower Foundation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. By submitting content to the platform, you grant White Flower Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

8 Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. White Flower Foundation acts as a technology intermediary connecting organizers and donors. We do not endorse, verify the ultimate outcome of, or guarantee any individual fundraiser, and we are not a party to the relationship between organizers and donors.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Flower Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the platform or the conduct of any organizer or donor.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Flower Foundation, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12 Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent United States courts. We may update these terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
