Campaigns

Starting takes less than five minutes. Choose who you're raising for, follow the guided steps to add your story, photos, and goal, then submit. Our team reviews every fundraiser and emails you the moment it goes live.

Most fundraisers are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours. You'll get an email when yours is live. Some campaigns may need additional verification, in which case we'll reach out for a few extra details.

Yes. You can update your title, story, photos, and goal at any time from your dashboard. Significant changes to the goal or purpose may trigger a quick re-review to keep donors protected.

The minimum goal is $100 USD. There is no maximum — fundraisers on White Flower have raised anywhere from a few hundred to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

You keep every dollar raised. Many fundraisers pass their target. Any funds above the goal must still be used for purposes consistent with the original campaign description.

You can withdraw at any time, whether or not you've reached your goal. For verified organizers, withdrawals are typically deposited to your bank within 24 hours, and there are no platform fees on personal fundraisers in the U.S.

Donations

Yes. The White Flower Guarantee covers every fundraiser. Each campaign is reviewed before going live and continuously monitored for suspicious activity. If something is wrong, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Absolutely. Choose the anonymous option during checkout and your name won't appear publicly. Your gift still counts toward the fundraiser's total.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — as well as bank transfer. Every transaction is secured with bank-grade 256-bit encryption.

Donations are generally non-refundable because funds go directly to the organizer. If you believe a fundraiser is fraudulent, contact our Trust & Safety team — we'll investigate and issue a refund where the White Flower Guarantee applies.

Account & Security

No account is required to donate. Creating one lets you track your donation history, receive updates from the fundraisers you support, and check out faster next time.

We use SSL encryption, secure storage, and continuous monitoring on every transaction. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Use the "Report this fundraiser" link on any campaign page, or email trust@whiteflowerfoundation.org. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes action when needed.
